On October 16th, 2001, Rob and Maeghan Crenshaw opened the doors of Cabo Fish Taco Baja Seagrill with friend Gary Walker. They had the idea of combining coastal Mexican cuisine with a healthy California feel. Cabo's specially prepared dishes are a unique infusion of fresh seafood and authentic Baja fare. The atmosphere is upbeat and casual, bringing a beach feel to any urban environment. Go ahead and untuck your shirt, sip on your homemade margarita and take a trip to Baja without leaving Blacksburg!
